A film is going to be shot at Vesper in the next few weeks. Please read the following schedule; there are a few times when we won’t be able to use the boathouse because it will be open to the film crew only.
Non-exclusive Access – production crew in the club but members allowed. This will be the case except where Exclusive Access is required.
Exclusive Access – production crew in the club for filming - no members to be present.
July 31, 2011, Sunday, starting at 6:00am and ending at midnight. Exclusive Access 11:00am to 2:30pm and some other times through the day.
August 1st Monday: No filming
August 2nd Tuesday: Launching boats only-no filming
August 3rd Wednesday: On dock and in boat bay areas – filming. Exclusive access from 11am-2:30pm and other times throughout the day.
August 4th Thursday: Filming on dock and balcony. Exclusive access from 11am-2:30pm
August 5th Friday: No filming, no lunch, no actors
August 6th Saturday: No filming, no lunch, no actors
August 7th Sunday: No filming, no lunch, no actors
August 8th Monday: No filming, no lunch, no actors
August 9th Tuesday: Filming in weight room and big room. Exclusive all day. Last day of filming.
Actors gather in the Round Room everyday when not filming.
Lunch for the crew in Big Room every day 40 to 50 people.
The production company shall be accorded reasonable non-exclusive access to the launch area of the property for rehearsal and film production purposes from time to time.
