We had a busy weekend with racing. We had Dan Urevick-Ackelsberg and Matt Bokermann rowing at the WC in Hamburg.
Our trip to Hamburg was good. Even though the result was certainly not satisfying, we know that we already improved during the races here and we come back knowing that we have a lot of work to do and also what we need to change. It is nice to be the number 2 in the country, but it shows that both no 1 & 2 of the USA have a lot of work to do before we can really compete against worlds best. It is not that the potential is there, it requires work, work and a lot more. We are very fortunate that we had the opportunity to come over here and see what we need to do. A couple seconds faster in this field can already make a big difference.
